as some of u know my grandma is back in the hospital.. she just got out last week from pnemonia.. well shes back in as of last night she has pnemonia in both lungs bad and they think they might of seen a tumor on one of her lungs but that cant be certain until the pnemonia clears up.. if u pray plz pray for my grandma.. pray that she doesnt have a tumor and that she will feel better... plz... thank you

i'll pray for you, skittles. i know only too well how much you are concerned.

i lost my last grandma about 4 years ago. she was diabetic, had her right leg above the knee amputated, and developed heart disease that they attributed to the diabetes. In addition, gangreen had developed in her left foot. as she was embarrassed about the first amputation and depressed, she would not allow them to amputate.

anyway, she had a heart attack that left her heart operation at 20%. On a friday at lunch, i left work (took a half day vacation) and visited with her all afternoon at the hospital. she was cranky with all others but joked and laughed with me. she even said that she planned to live to 100.

time flew by and i had to go to pick up husband from work and my son from daycare. i felt so sad because she didn't want me to go. i kissed her and told her "i love you". and left.

the next monday morning at 6am, i was called and told that grandma died alone in the hospital at 11:30pm.

today, i look back and am so grateful and thankful that i spent those hours with her.

i don't know why i shared the above with you except that your post brought back that special memory.

to let you know, i have said a nice, long prayer for your grandma and you. i also prayed that if a tumor is present that it be benign.
