They (the owner of the building i live in) are giving us the benefit of doubt and letting us pay up on the 16th.. They said we are not evicted as long as we can pay up on the sixteenth and be on time from here on in. ON ONE CONDITION..
my ex/roomate, hasn't always gotten along with the super (the supers were the ones trying to oust us all along I now get the feeling) and the owner said that in order for us to stay my ex/roomate has to go and talk to the guy and "pave the way for smooth sailing" , so basically make nice. I don't care how corny it sounds, he is going to do it because he has to do it. I'm sure he can suck it up for five minutes to talk to the guy. |
