I find myself standing and staring at nothing, not moving. Sometimes just minutes or even 16-20 will pass. I think I'm aware but I can't be sure.
Anyone else get that?

Yes, though generally not as long. Look up dissociating. I believe there is a category this falls under.
Thanks for this!

I have many different reasons for doing what you posted....

one of my mental disorders comes with psychosis symptoms, of where i believe I an just standing there staring but other around me tell me after the fact that I was hallucinating.

one of my medications sometimes causes me to have seizures where I just stare and not move.

I also have another non dissociative issue called maladaptive daydreaming. this is when I am day dreaming but do not realize thats what I am doing. sometimes to me it feels like I am just standing there staring.

my MS (multiple Sclerosis) also causes me to have times where I seem to be just staring not moving.

I also have dissociative problem where sometimes it seems like I just stand and stare. (this is when my treatment providers can trace the problem back to one of my triggers and my having other accompanying dissociative symptoms at the same time)

lack of sleep will also make me feel like I am just staring

lack of the right foods will also make me feel like I am just staring...

as you can see I go through this for many mental and physical health problems. to find out what this is with in you, you will need to contact yours or a medical or mental health treatment provider in your off the computer location.
Thanks for this!
