I finally found and requested from The White House a birthday greeting for my mom who will be 88 in January. Did you know you can get this free? I've done this with two other presidents, and she keeps the letters with joy. Hopefully she'll get at least one more after this one.
 http://www.whitehouse.gov/greetings To see the guidelines and make requests. (They need 6-8 weeks notice.) They do birthdays for the elderly, birth notice congrats, wedding, and anniversary celebrations.

I have done this for both of my grandmothers who are ages 88 and 89.
