Why is it when someone really needs support, nobody is there?The silence is overwhelming, like the silence back then.
Why do the times I actually say something fade into nothingness? Or add to the labels (shy, worthless, garbage.....)

I think sometimes it's a matter of timing don't you? I know I have had times when I have needed some support (not meaning here neccisarily), and it seemed everyone I turned to was busy with their own lives, issues, families, work or whatever. I know how frustrating it can be. But I also know that people do care, even if they aren't available when I need them at that very moment. Silence can be so scary and lonely ... Please don't think you're worthless or garbage... you my dear are so far from that. I agree with Sabau with the timing ... unfortunately sometimes the times that we need support the most are when other people are hurting too. The best we can do is just lean on each other and wait until the storm passes. You can have my shoulder to lean on if you'd like?

you could never be garbage or any of those things, I'm always here for you, just a pm away....I hear you though, I feel the same way sometimes, but, as was once pointed out to me, sometimes when you want to be heard, others are struggling themselves maybe or perhaps we expect instant understanding when it cant be done, I feel like this a lot, and if a certain someone doesn't reply I feel crap, but that's me and my feelings, I've learned that since being here too. It's that time of year when a lot of people aren't feeling well, I guess. Fuzzy, I think you are wonderful, and that will never change. I'll keep saying it, but you can also look back and see all the times I've said it before. It never changes.

I dont know about you but I find that when I really need help I find it hard to ask for it, I am screaming out from my mind and hope everyone can hear it when I am being silly of course they cant ! Its only as I am getting better that I can tell somone how bad I needed help and by then its really too late as I am on the way up again......

Like others say I do think it's a matter of timing especially on an American site... early morning to us is the wee hours in America... with few ppl around  I hope you managed to get by
