my T wants me to read up on this cuz, well, i was one! she said it might help me understand more about what i'm going through right now. so does anyone know a good resource for this?

There is a book Called Human development. Written by Papalia and Odd.

It is a very good book and it goes through the stages of life considering all areas of Human Development including mental Health Issues. It is a thick book, but it is good.

Angela, have you looked in Resourse Directory here on the site? The link is just below the picture and next to the "home" link. I haven't looked but there are a great many resources right here.
