Hello,
When I don't have a busy mind, I tend to daydream a lot. Even when I physically working, drawing, running, driving etc. Sometimes I can't realize the difference between the reality and my inner world. It's hard to focus on anything. Often I hear voices of my family members in my head and I don't know if they are real (Because of this, I have bought my sister a new pen, though she did not ask me to; for example.)
What should I do? How to limit it?
Thank you for your response in advance.
