She specifically set the appointment for Saturday, no call no show. The last two appointments she was late, and admitted she lives in my town. Do I request someone else? Feel like she's flackier than me.

That's unprofessional of your worker to no-show or to show up late repeatedly. I'd call and request a replacement, and complain about the no-show and the previous late shows.
Also, no need to compare you to her; apples and oranges; and you're not co-workers with her. None of this is your fault, and it shouldn't make you feel guilty or hypocritical if you struggle in areas similarly. Your role in this is a paying consumer. That's different from being a co-worker or asking a friend for help, etc. You're a paying consumer, she is not living up to what you're paying for. It's as simple as that. Reward yourself for standing up for yourself. |

I don't know what an Arms worker is, either, but anyone who doesn't even contact you and just doesn't show up - unless they were in a serious emergency - is so rude and inconsiderate it blows my mind.
