I'm happy more often than not. I feel good, at peace, and generally happy. Unless i start reflecting on my life choices I'm happy.
I don't hear voices. I even cancelled most therapy things this week. And next week to. Maybe therapy drags me down. I thought it was helping but maybe not. I plan to go back just had work conflicts. I'm changing. Working with disabled people is changing me. I'm really an odd duck. I don't wallow for long. I get back up and make whatever changes i can make to better myself and my life. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P.  Daughter: 20  Diagnosis: Bipolar with Psychosis. Latuda 100 mgs. |
