We had to call the police today because we were in danger.
We’re in a hotel over night because we’re in danger . Couldn’t find anyone on haven. I’m alive is down. And because it’s Easter weekend all of the national hotlines in my country are down or low staffed except for the ER. I was at my breaking point before today. My anxiety meds aren’t even helping. I keep typing help and no ones helping. Please. Please help. I keep asking but no one does. I was a danger to myself before and now others have proven they want to hurt me and my family. I’m not strong enough. I need help. |

We are renting a house. It was sold without legally required notice. The new owners began trespassing before it was finalised. They said they wanted us out or they would move onto the property in their RV. We have a lease. They can’t do any of that and had been told a lie by they guy that sold it to them. when they became owners they immediately trespassed. We called the police. They lied to the police then once police left they took the front gate to the house like a parent in a domestic violence situation to threaten. Where I am the cops won’t help and all other judicial authorities are closed until mid next week. Last week they screamed at the property manager and my partner because they were angry they got swindled and were told they hadn’t read the contracts they signed and legally had no recourse to the above. They’re being vindictive and threatening in response.

That's messed up. I hope the courts are more forthcoming than the police...

I am awake next day and terrified. I have talked with so many people over a sleepless night and it’s gone from what used to be general support and ideas and methods. To no one knowing what to do and everyone acknowledging we’re in danger. What the actual ****? If I’m past a crisis people help but middle of one no idea how to or active suggestions. The crisis center offers its services but when it comes to outside abuse- we will help your sanity but not your situation. I can’t live like this.

So Sorry that your situation is being so difficult! Do your best to stay Safe and see if you can buy any alarms or systems to warn you whether or not someone is entering in this house perhaps. i Hope and Pray that you will all be able to get Help from the courts and that none will be hurt. Please do stay Safe and don't hesitate to contact the police again if necessary. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Noninde, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

. I see you are from nz. In the US we have government officials that represent its voters that can sometimes move mountains in times of need. Does NZ have that ?

Thanks for the thought. I'm not so sure they could and everyone's off until late in the week because of the easter holiday. If they escalate the situation it might make the papers, which might be incentive for them to get involved. |
