I just encountered one of my adult sibling's unhygienic messes and I feel so disturbed that I can't sleep or find a way to put it out of my mind. It's just so gross.

So Sorry about what happened! Try to distract by doing something you enjoy perhaps? If you have a therapist it may be something worth discussing with him/her. Hugs.
