it's hard sometimes to believe peace exists, it does though. Does anyone else ever feel like happiness and peace is a distant memory?

I still have the occasional feeling of happiness, but I never seem to enjoy it as much as I should because I know it's fleeting and all the bad will return.

I hope you're doing ok and feel peace and and joy. I wish we all did My happiness is somewhat "repressed" if that even makes sense. But my thoughts and anxiety have been terrible. There is always hope though. Btw I really like your profile picture of those lovely dogs <3

Thanks! My dogs are the only things that have kept me alive. And there is always hope, you just need to do everything you can to get it. I had to remind myself of that today.

Best wishes for you.
