Hello, so I've been taking rhiodola supplements to help with my depression and concentration issues I was told it was fine to take with my antidepressants. On the first day there was some anxiety but on the second day I feel anxiety but I also feel like my concentration and my thoughts are clearer. I was told that this supplement is very effective and I'm really amazed that I'm starting to notice a difference on day two. I'll continue taking it and we'll tell you how I feel weekly

That's great to know @black-roses. Awesome. Yes, seize upon anything healthy to improve your wellbeing. There's something I've been meaning to try too, I might look into that tonight.

I'm glad the supplements are helping. I was severely deficient in Vitamin D and taking supplements gave me a lot more energy.
