So, my sister yesterday was transferred to this mental health ward. I saw her today with my dad, her partner came with Alana and Daniela's clothes. Daniela got to have one hour of family time me and dad got something to eat and then the whole family went to the park. Alana is quite a happy and vibrant girl she's two and she makes friends everywhere. She instantly made friends with an older girl at the park. Then when time was up I went with my dad and Daniela to take her back to the ward. We stayed for a bit I even talked to other patients meet this guy Dean we chatted for like an hour or more. I don't remember myself being someone who could confidently talk to people but here I was doing it and not even feeling anxious or worried what another person thought of me. It just makes me think that Tafe has been very positive for me especially socially before I was shy and timid and now I talk to my classmates and talk to people in psyche wards without thinking. He told me and Daniela his poem about mental health we thought it was beautiful. It was nice to see my sister but I felt very tired today I was drawing in the ward even though my tiredness made me feel like I should stop I didn't! Then we finally left. I went back to my dad's house to finish a movie he was watching called sweet girl. It was nice to get talking to people it was quite forfilling.

I'm glad you are gaining confidence. I hope the hospital helps your sister.
