And he's a guy, but a coach on the side. I think he'll really help me get into better shape. Yes I realize it's up to me and I'm super motivated right now, but he's prepared for when I'm not so much and plans to help me come up with healthier snacks. I'm excited about him. He's a young guy, but he's knowledgeable.
