I know this is over a month old, but I wanted to leave a note and tell you, I know how that feels. I had the longest G-r-r-r day I've experienced in a long time, yesterday. It was no fun, and it wouldn't let-up.

Sending hugs dear Fuzzybear.
I know how you feel when the grrrrrr bites and won't let up. I become exhausted and less able to use my management techniques. Distraction works best but then I am avoiding the healing process. I don't think it matters because I am beyond healing now.    Hugs, love and respect to you and anyone else suffering from the grrrrr.
