8AM and 2-3PM. Late afternoon just drags on and there's nothing to do.

Since I have a cockroach phobia, I do not like nighttime except in the winter when the cockroaches are not around.

The big species, called the "American Cockroach" can give me panic attacks if I see one in my house.

I used to have a tent in my living room so I could have some peace and a tent over my bed. The big tent tore.

I love animals including bugs so I don't know why cockroaches cause such an extreme reaction in me, but I have come to dread nights when the weather is warm and the cockroaches can come into my house. My house is made of wood and because the wood expands and contracts, it is impossible to completely seal up all crevices.

Usually between 2pm and 5pm. My anxiety is usually a little worse in the morning, but that's normal for me, but the late afternoon period is the transition where things are getting a little better. But sometimes it doesn't and the anxiety ticks up. So, I have this weird panicy period where I wait to see what happens. I imagine if I didn't pay so much attention to it, I'd feel better sooner.

It depends on the day for me usually at the crack of dawn or really late at night.
