Sorry i couldnt work out whether it was 2012 or 2022 cause last night ex was

threatening suicide

and it was so real i honestly dont know if it was a memory of that year, or if he was really doing it again

Possible trigger:

he was saying that he was going to do what he was threatening as a suicide involving his car and a cliff nearby and it would be my fault

so i dont know if it was 2012 really happening or 2022 brain flash that lasted longer

idk my head's all funny now and i dont mean its telling jokes, i mean its tangled itself up

Possible trigger:

is he likely do do a suicide? and it be my fault? or is he trying to be manipulative (spelling) if it is still 2012? or if its 2022 was he actually going to do anything to himself?

this trigger button is just to check that he hasnt remote controlled the trigger code to not work, then i get into a troubles for the trigger code button not hiding stuff

I didn't read any of the triggers (I don't need any triggers), but I can relate anyway. Easy to understand. I hope your day is going ok, in spite of what you experienced.

No, it's 2022. We all survived 2012.

2022. I know it is because I made it through all the previous years & 2022 is the year I got to work with 35 pregnant mares & their foals. I will never forget this wonderful year.

BTW, when someone threatens suicide & tries to put the blame on you, THAT IS MENTAL ABUSE.....Don't accept it.

Could I have blamed my husband?.....NO, it was MY CHOICE to take that way out when I felt trapped. Circumstances do not give us a right to blame others for the choices we make for ourselves. Thankful I was not successful because I was finally able to walk out on the marriage & have never been happier or healthier than I am now.

I agree with downandlonely. It wouldn't be your fault. He's just trying to manipulate you and is bad for your mental health. Please don't let him get to you. Honestly, YOU need to look after yourself and stay away. It's his choice what he does.

Does he have someone who can get him help? If so, then please see if they can possibly have him hospitalized. It would be for his own good, although he wouldn't appreciate it. It would need to be a relative, from my understanding. Tell them you're worried about him, thinking he told you about what he wants to do. If he then denies he said that, then your coast is clear.
