In the hospital they showed us a lot of Ted Talks on youtube. (ie. lots of people who suffer from depression/anxiety.) What do you think of them?

I never saw someone who has MI giving a TED Talk.

Do you have any links to share?

As for showing them in hospital, did they show them to everyone? I ask because there are many different diagnoses that one gets in hospital. Not sure whether everyone could relate. Also, I don't know whether the people giving the TED Talks have ever been hospitalized. If so, do they discuss their experience in hospital?

Mostly everyone who was in the hospital experienced anxiety and depression. Some of the Ted Talk speakers had been hospitalized and they talked about manic episodes, anxiety, etc. They showed Ted Talks when I was in Johns Hopkins, too. (I was recently in Wilmington Hospital, DE for acute anxiety which incapacitated me.)

I've been in hospital, too, for depression, anxiety, psychosis.

But they never showed us Ted Talks.

I did IOP (intensive outpatient program) and they did a lot of Ted Talks on Thursday night group. They never did any of that when I was in the hospital though. The first hospital had pretty decent groups. The second hospital was a joke when it came to groups.
