I have a lot going on in my life including a new diagnosis (DID), and I think I might be overwhelmed to the point of feeling numb. I don't know what to do with myself half the time and the distractions haven't been working.
It doesn't help that I'm alone most of the time and all of my friends live in different states than me.
I've just been going through it.
