When I had depression I try to eat lots of food
Before that, when I was skipping food, I became really weak And my skin become pale Did you know after eating well I became slightly more alert Because I was able to think for some time My concentration The weird part is nobody knows why I stopped eating It’s nothing i remember from my childhood Because usually they say childhood experiences, Shape our adulthood My mom did not eat well when she was pregnant with me Maybe that’s why I stopped eating But usually I notice I stopped eating when I am upset so that people will take notice of me |

Having now traced the issues to corn, sugar, dairy,, grain, and other foods… I find that these foods are anti exercise foods. They inhibit, thus making you unable to participate in human function.
All greens work well at making humans participant. Mental functions break down and mental stability is also lost with the foods mentioned at inhibiting human function. Eat your greens! |

I agree. I once tried a special diet that restricted wheat, dairy (except ghee and butter) plus soy and corn.
I discovered that corn (a grain) was responsible for sharp pains in my right elbow and knee. Getting rid of wheat and dairy brought about better mental clarity. Now I'm finding that even rice is a problem for me! Greens supposedly make the blood less acidic (raise blood pH). And a higher pH is supposed to make one less susceptible to disease. Leafy vegetables can affect blood clotting, though. And some can promote kidney stones. __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 100mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |

Do my own experience I have found that food and medication that food is definitely a medication medicine it helps your body get the nourishment and it helps you stay balanced especially even with their medications as well as balancing the neurotransmitters. So food and nutrition is very important to me.
