12 days ago when I was reading my head started focussing first on specific words and then on speech sounds that occur very frequently. Since then I am almost always focussed on these words when I hear people talk or when I'm reading. I'm constantly waiting for these sounds or words to come up and the language doesn't just flow anymore like it did before. This lead to growing fear, anxiety and panic that I will never be able to live normally again.
I'm longing for somebody to tell me that they have experienced the same or a similar thing and to finally believe that there is a way out of this state. Can anyone help me?
