Sometimes, I feel like maybe it is all in my mind. Maybe I am capable of working a full-time job (I've done it before), and I'm just telling myself that I can't work full time.
How can I tell? Is there an assessment? Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk |

The clue might be in the question, "Why did you stop work (or working full-time) in the first place?" And when was that?

What caused you to feel stressed and overwhelmed? And how are you feeling now working part-time?

This third job is much easier to tolerate, but the reduced income is hard. I don't qualify for any help except some rental assistance. The women at this new job don't really talk to me. But it could be my over sensitivity too Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk |

Kudos to you for keeping at it! Hats off... not easy what you're doing, but you're doing it! I'm not working myself, so I certainly admire you...
Would you consider working more hours at this current job? Or would you find a second part-time job? |

Just from your comment here and in your other thread (about the women you work with not talking to you), if it were me, I'd probably look at finding a second part-time job elsewhere.

Thank you! Very good advice. I really have a lot to think about.
I feel as though I need to get my mental health in order before I consider anything. I tend to be ultra sensitive and misread things too Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk |

I hear you, I tend to be sensitvie too... CBT therapy can help with that.
I recommend these books: "Feeling Good" by David Burns (CBT) "Born to Win" by Muriel James and Dorothy Jongward (Gestalt and transactional analysis) "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie If you can't get these books from you library, you can always order secondhand copies, may I suggest AbeBooks | Shop for Books, Art & Collectibles |
