I suppose it doesnt help that I couldn't sleep until about eight am this morning, that could be why.

Rainbowzz,
I hope you are feeling better! I wokd up feeling much as you describe a couple of days ago, then spent all day sneezing with runny nose, sore throat in the morning. I have used the over the counter Zicam swabs when this occurs. It is supposed to shorten the length of the cold, and I used them, and no more symptoms.

*whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine*

I have graduated to more sniffles, and chills, and a sore tummy (no, im not in labour, dont worry, I made sure lol) and a general feeling of malaise.

At least this means im getting through it and will get over it soon I figure.
