I am posting rather then screaming really loud. It will probably make me feel a little better, but who knows. I have posted before about losing my job. I appealed for my job and then a month ago I had a meeting with the Tribal Administrator and their legal counsel. They both advised me on that day that I should never have been fired and then I would more then likely get my job back. I have no idea what could be taking so long. I know that the tribal adm. was out for a little over a week. But be real, if I should not have been fired what in the hell is taking so long. I really feel they are jerking me around and I am very frustrated and upset about it. I plan to call the legal counselor tomorrow, if I do not get results I am going to tell them I think I need to seek legal advise myself. I have absolutely no answers for their delays! I can not figure out any logical reason for this. I think that is as frustrating as the situation itself.
I appreciate the love and support from members here regarding this messed up situation! I will be back to let you know the outcome! I pray it is in my favor! I do not know why it would not be, but obviously there are many things I dont know!

For me taking some sort of action has always felt better then sitting still. Good luck. Stay positive with yourself regardless. Peace.

I am sure everything will turn out fine. I agree with wisewoman...taking some sort of action is better than sitting still. I Hope everything turns out in your favor.

I agree also that taking action is better than nothing, but we all know how bureaucracy works....time delays and papers galore. It seems that technology and society's advancements just leave people waiting longer for silly things. Efficiency, when measured in monetary units, does not equate efficiency in time unfortunately.
