Friends,

How is everyone doing with the new time change?

I couldn't believe it, overall I've been feeling so much more energetic. It might have something to do with the fact it has been sunnier too. So far I have been looking forward to getting up in the morning. New Time Change

That's weird; I thought it was me but I was more energetic too once I "woke" in the morning the first couple mornings too. I was thinking it was because of my drinking more water and taking my vitamins like a good girl.

I associate the spring time change with spring. But this year with it being weeks earlier, and us having so much snow on the ground, it feels like dead of winter and so the time change feels off. Besides not everybody has changed to daylight savings time yet, so it really throws me off with different time zones.

Eeh, I seem to be sleeping in up until i have to go to work. But maybe thats because I got used to all the resting I was doing to get rid of my pneumonia. Now that I don't have anymore insomnia due to the Zoloft, I love my sleep again!

I can relate very well to this zorah- I just noticed that some posts were an hour ahead of me til I remembered that I hadn't adjusted my PC time to fit with the new US time lol. I was really confused for a bit though. BTW, when do you 'fall back'?
