So there was a 5 year old over at my house today and she was playing with my hamster. It was time for her to go home and I was like Melissa did you put her away? She said yes and i was like hmm i better check so i went and looked and she was in her wheel and the door was shut so i left and shut my door. so 5 mintes ago after a few hours have gone by i am laying in my bed and i hear this noise by my purse and my dog runs over to it. i get up and my hamster is in my coach purse! i was like oh geez i was so afraid it would be a mouse or something. it turns out the other door on the back was wide open.

lol i need to check better next time and not trust a 5 year old.

Lolz. Buddha and Melissa were devising plans to set him free. Watch out next time she comes over.

Mine got out and was out for several weeks! I finally caught it in bed with my husband and me, at the foot of the bed (under the sheets/spread). It had been there before, in the middle of the night, and I'd wakened from a dead sleep and instantly realized what was going on but didn't catch it the first time. Don't think I could do that again these days oh mylanta!

I had two cats too. I use to put the hamster in a really large plastic ball (meant for guinea pigs I think) and put him down on the floor to roll around the house (I lived in a huge rambler) while I cleaned his cage. It was great because when I was finished, all I had to do was look for the two cats and they'd be nearby. Before you feel bad for the hamster, the ball was large and he figured out how to run it at the cats! They'd scramble to get out of his way before he could run them over oh mylanta!

LOL - glad you found your hamster and that it wasn't a mouse in your purse.

Then mandy found this guy who had a mullet and she was like OH SWEET MULLETS! and we followed him aroud saying that and then he started chasing us so we got freaked out and ran away. Oh and then we went on a earch for the mylanta and we found it. It comes in mint, regular, tropical, and cherry.

I actually LOL'd when I read that. That day was such a good time. Remember when we met those triplets? And then we saw that girl from your school that made Mary cry or something like that. But that guy that chased us was craaaazy.
