ok so maybe i am the only one that feels this way but does it seem to anyone that there are cliques forming in chat? it seems this way bcuz there are always teh same people on it and most of them know eachother and call eachother and such....idk wat im trying to say...guess jus feelin a lil left out....idk watevs

not sure I would call it a clique really. yes there are those that do know each other and even live in the same city. just jump in and get to know them. it takes time hon. ((((hugs))))

Sorry you're feeling left out Rissie
 I was suprised you posted this because I always thought you were a popular and active participant in the chatroom. I do see what you are saying though and I think part of the so called cliques are just that people tend to talk more to the people they can relate to. Like I'm always wanting to talk to people who are bipolar because I want more information since it is so new to me. Its not that I don't want to talk to other people. And just so you know I do enjoy talking to you

I went in a time or two and found my typing skills were as inadequate as my brain in following so many thoughts, ideas, laughter, tears, anger, celebration and love from so many sources in one single moment. Frustration at its apex for me... Lenny

rissie, some of us have been here sooooooooo long moss is starting to grow, just jump in and type away, if spelling or typing is bad just pray they can inturpet, I type how it sounds

Awe Rissie, dont feel like that. I totally understand what you are referring to! I think you are right some members are in the chats a lot and therefore know each other. This does not mean they do not want to chat or listen to what you wish to discuss. I have been in chats many times and have always been welcomed. Dont be afraid to speak up and talk about whatever!

I haven't actually used chat but I think cliques or social groups occur in any community. It's not necessarily a negative thing.
