I ALWAYS have to ask someone "have I already asked you XYZ?" I do this because in my mind I am asking the question, I envision asking it and then I never know if I actually asked or not. It drives me crazy because I am always second guessing or sounding stupid because I can't remember or just don't know....

Me, too. You are not alone,
My mind stays pretty cluttered it seems - maybe it's depression, maybe I think about things too much, or both. It is bothersom.

lol yes I have a similar problem too, and that includes not sure if I imagined doing something or really doing it

Or I'll ask poeple, Have i already told you... especially when I have good news to share and I'm calling round my friends, I sometimes forget who I've told what. --splitimage

I found myself doing that the other day... Hi BJ, I do that all the time too. For me, I think it is easier just to ask people than to guess if I already asked them xyz. Sometimes, I wonder if my forgetfulness is from my meds or something. Know that you are not alone.
