How do you get it to put a "time" on there and not just the date?

It counts down by minutes and seconds, but it only lets you put in a date as the last time you did...whatever you did. How do I put in a time?

Just curious. Thanks!

Ok so this is the timer I"m talking about - but it only lets you put a date not a time. Anyone? Anyone?

got no idea i cant do it
