(((((Kaika)))))
I used to fidget a lot when I was in school, too. Maybe it's related to down time or just one of those things we have when we're in school...but mine did lessen once I got out of school. |

have you noticed any triggers that make you fidget? i think anxiety and boredom have made me fidget in the past and i've outgrown it now.

I always have and probably always will fidget. It's just part of my anxiety package.

I am always moving even in my sleep. I think its due to my ADHD. Yesterday at work I kept getting up out of my chair and sitting down again over and over. It was like I couldn't get comfortable.

To an answer your quetions:
. Nope, I have never been diagnosed with ADD, though I have been (falsly) diagnosed with APD- and then share alot of the same symptoms. . Nothing really tridder it per say, and it's not so much anxiety as it is like a bottled-up-hyper-feeling that makes me wanna explode (argh) |
