And I'm totally hyperventilating right now....and I only sent an email. But I know now that I've set the wheels of change into motion. I just hope I'm not going to regret this. I haven't told my family yet and I don't intend to until I'm actually back in the country.

So here's to getting my life in order!

Now someone get me a paper sack to breathe into please...

Good for you. Therapy can be really helpful, but I know starting it can be really hard. Remember though, the first meeting is usually just about getting to know you, your goals for therapy and working out payment arrangements - not any really heavy stuff.

Hope it goes well.

Congrats on contacting a new therapist. It can be scary to meet with a new therapist. For me, I've went through 4 different ones in 5 months. Hope this one is right for you!
