Hi All,

Just a reminder that we'll be having our usual recovery chat at 10 pm ET, right after Doc John's chat. Just look for a room called recovery chat - I usually open it up about 5 minutes before chat is due to start.

It doesn't matter if you're already clean and sober, or are just thinking about stopping using. This is a great place to get and share recovery tips and the ups and downs of living clean and sober.

Hope to see you there tonight.

Splitimage
