Not sure what category this would come under?
I have a confession of sorts to make. In the last year or so, I have been stealing things. Not anything valuable or even of much significance. I don't know why I do it, I can't explain what it is like. I don't know if I do it to get at people or what. I feel guilty about it. Some of the things I have put back. And in some ways I want to get caught but I know that would be bad if I did. It's almost like a dare to myself to see if I get caught or get away with it. I'm not sure if I do it to give me some sort of feeling rather than the emptiness inside me. I know I shouldn't do it but at times I can't help it. Does anyone have any experience of this? ![]() |

I hope that you're talking to a T about this. I'm sure that you're very frustrated about this and perhaps therapy can help.

I would think that something happened a year or so ago to cause you to begin doing this illegal activity. It could be a cry for help. Please don't continue, it costs everyone in the long run, and can ruin your life. Do see a therapist or someone to talk to about what's going on in your life that distresses you. TC
