Our central Internet network provider has a lot of redundancy built-in, yet even all of that doesn't stop a back-hoe from cutting into a fiber optic line in a suburb of Washington DC and bringing down not only Psych Central, but thousands of other sites hosted by this same provider. The line has been repaired and we're back, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Wow, I wondered what the problem was! It's not like the site to be down for so long. Glad to have it up again! Many thanks still for all the work that you do around here--even if you weren't the one digging with the back-hoe. Were you?!

Oh, Thank God!!! All this time, I've been thinking it was that dang Trojan that's infected my puter and I can't get rid of... either that or the program I BOUGHT that did too good a job of "cleaning" my registry! SHEEEEEEEEEEEEZ!!!!

lol...I updated my virus protection, ran a scan, and rebooted a lot.
For lack of a better phrase, I thought I was going crazy.
