Down here in St. Bernard were feeling Eduardo already. In low lying St. Bernard its flooding. Its the areas that our fishing villages are in. Upper St. Bernard where i'm sitting right now we are getting about 25mph sustained winds with higher gusts. Can hear things banging around, like patio covers that were never torn down. We've got a mix of clouds and sun right now. But the feeder bands passing over are getting darker. Within a few hours were expected to start getting some heavy downpours.

All of you in the path in Texas and west Louisiana hunker down. Dont forget to board up or tape up. Get out to grocery today and get your supplies if your staying. Wishing ya'll a safe next few days. Ya'll will be deeply rooted in my thoughts.

Love ya

jbug i think they are. if im right beaumont is close to the east texas border. i dont think this storm is gonna be that bad. just really bad thunderstorms. but with this tropical weather you gotta watch out for tornados in the squalls.

the storm isnt that big. but is moving slow. thats what makes the accumalation of rain.

i'll keep your family in my thoughts.
