I'm 19 I'm afrad I"ll get fired from my job...

I worked my way up at a the keg and I am a new server.

some of the new servers have had experience serving at other jobs and now they work at the keg which is higher end

I think I have communication troubles or something. I mean I really try hard to do well. I don't goof off or not work

I had a job at 16 and was a cashier at rona. I almost got fired from that becuase I had trouble doing the cash off sheet
don't get me wrong, I'm not stupid. I just finished a year of college and am oging into nursing.

does anyone else have this issue. I seem to work better on my own than in a group.
I like serving though and I wnat to do well at it. My manager told me what I was doing wrong and what I should do to change it...but I'm still scared that even if I try to fix it I'l still screw up...maybe it's jsut the trauma from my first job...I'm not really sure... helpp

hi myoasis

it may take some time to find the work that suits you best... after several years struggling in one type job i was able t gain experience in other areas.. as my experience became more rounded out i was able to figure out the kind of work suited for me.. ive always enjoyed working independently also.... dont let a few wrong fits disappoint you terribly... try a few different things...

most jobs take about a month to get down pat ... so go easy on yourself.

maybe he was pointing out a correct way to do something, that's all.

you'll be alright.

hope you find your ideal job after college is nursing. good luck.

peace,
nightbird
