Can someone explain what this means?????????? I'm filling out health insurance forms at my new job and there's a section that says "Mental Health Rider" and asks me to check the yes or no box. Should I check yes or no? Can someone help me out please? Thanks.

A rider is like an addendum to your basic health insurance plan. I think your human resource person can explain to you if the company offers the "mental health" rider and/or if it is an option for you to choose. I would start with that person for answers! Good luck!
