Because of my dealing and fighting with obsessive thoughts and anxieties not to mention illness, I have lost touch with myself. I mean that what interested me in the past no longer interested me. Because of the political conventions, my interest in politics have re-invigorated. How do I restore my sense of self? I can't just pick up where I left off.

The only way to restore yourself is to stop watching those conventions!
