Hi Everyone
![]() As you may know I am stressed out over school. And lately I've been "crying on the inside" alot to the point it's physically draining. How do I feel happy again and not so stressed out to the max? Zen888 ![]() |

(((Zen)))) Sometimes it isn't what is really happening in our lives that causes us to drag down, but how we are viewing and thinking about the events. Here's a link to common thinking distortions. Hi Everyone
![]() Last night I had a bad night... I was so stressed out and sad that I took an extra sedative and 2 sleeping pills. In the morning, I vomitted up bile. I think what set me off was recieving my class schedule for next semester in the mail yesterday. I have about 5 classes and 3 days that are 8am classes. And some days that don't end till 5pm. I don't know what to do ... I feel so lost and alone. The stress is causing me to act out and take more medication than prescribed. I need some help on how to better manage stress and anxiety. It's only the second week of classes and already I hate going to the college! I feel like I'm dying inside. Zen888 ![]() |
