What's the point in going on?! I try... try... try... still no one gets it. The phone is glued to my ear... explaining... complaining... still the same issues remaining... Time... I don't have time. Waiting... waiting... waiting... for what?!.. only to hear the same thing over and over again... call this and that person instead... When will the help be ours???!!!! When it's all too late?! When the road is painted red with "his" blood???!!!!!!! When "her" back is broken????!!!!
I look into their eyes and they say: "I understand... this is so hard." Noooo.... they don't understand this... not one single bit! If they did they'd help us!

I know it doesn't make sense sweety and I know you are doing your absolute best to get your adored son the help he so desperately needs and deserves.
