HI Everybody. Not much new to report. I went to my first support group yesterday. I was the youngest one there. It was really great to be surrounded by others who understand. And that an 87 year old woman from Denmark and she insisted on leading me back to the room. She hardly had any vision left, so it was literally the blind leading the blind. She did a great job and was very sweet.
The group is at the same place where i will be getting my training on the white cane and the computers. I'm on the waiting list for the cane training, which will be a couple of weeks. I'm really excited about learning that stuff. Hopefully by the end of the year or beginning of the new year i'll be back on Pc ALL THE TIME. And crocheting curtains for the window at my home group for Thanksgiving. Everyone whos seen them says there coming out awesome. I guess thats about all right now. Still miss the heck out of all of you. But i'll be back soon. Love, Rayna |
