I just wanted to spread some hope to all of you that are struggling, by saying that, it really can get better!

Just a few weeks ago I was suicidal, deeply depressed, ruining my life with self-sabotaging behaviors.

I have really turned around. I feel so much better about myself. I am focusing better at work and on my studies. I am a better mother, wife, coworker.

I am so happy that I found this amazing psych nurse who is literally a lifesaver to me. I feel like I was almost "meant" to find her.

Just don't get too discouraged. If you get stuck, don't feel afraid to ask for help. And if the help you get doesn't help, ask for someone else. Keep trying. Things do get better!!

Things DO get better! ((((((((((((( Razz ))))))))))))) Good for you! Very happy to hear you are feeling better.

Here is yet another occasion I can say one of my favorite sayings and you can be the proof that makes it true -

We many not always get what we want, but we always get what we need!!!

I remind myself of that daily....it helps to fight some of the anxiety and worry I have in my life. I hope that it can help others too.

Way to go RazzleDazzleBerry!!!

Things DO get better!

AMEN! I'm glad you're feeling better. I, too, have been in the deep, dark abyss, but ever since taking an AD, I feel fine and am very productive.

I would also say to others to NOT GIVE UP! Keep searching for the right provider to help you. It took me going through a couple of real bummers before I found a competent doc.

It really DOES get better!
Love,
Okie
