Ok...I haven't posted in awhile, I'm so sorry!
Anyway, today I found out that I will be moved to a new lab when I become permanent with LabCorp. Just so happens, I'll be the only LabCorp phlebotomist for awhile until they hire someome....so I'll have seniority, and it will be MY LAB! I'll be running it! I'll have a temp! Instead of being a temp, I'll have a temp! I have my OWN lab!!!! I'm brand new with the company and they trust me to run a lab...and collectively I have about 10 months experience. I guess I made an impression! Anyway...I'm sooooo excited! The place needs serious organizing, and I get to do it! I get my OWN drawing room too! And I'll be in charge of making calls to docs, doing drug screens, running the computer while I have a temp! I can't believe it! I have NEVER had so much faith put in me! EVER! Also, they do tuition reimbursment for students in laboratory sciences, so I get to go back to school and become a forensic labtech! So...wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't wait to get home and share all this with you!!!!!! Can't wipe the smile off my face! Rayna

Wow Rayna that is just awesome and wonderful! What a great feeling!!! To have that much faith put in you. You must be very good at what you do. ( I still don't know what that is though.lol) Great news!!! Congratulations sounds like you deserve the job.
