Just wonder if there are others here that get to fearing what the day will bring that they crawl under a blanket or get into a closet under a blanket or similar. I find myself doing this more in the past few months. Just shutting the world completely out and hoping nothing will get to me.

Ferretguy5, I don't have those days very often anymore, but used to have them regularly. Are you in therapy? It would be a good idea to talk to your therapist about these feelings if you are.
