I have a Female Friend who has psychiatric problems. She lost reading and writing skills at the age of 18 but after spending much money and fervent prayers, she is quite okay now.
But, I kindly need your help,If anyone has helpful health tips that will improve the life of my Friend. I will really be glad if you can help me out.
Thanks for your kindly gesture.

As with life in general, healthy diet and excersise, always. Therapy can help i guessssss, but the ones ive seen like to repeat the same things over and over, as to waste as much time as possible.
