As I get mail I notice the bars on the mail storage gauge give red, yellow and green. The colors of the Viet Nam service bar. Not a bad trigger though. I have the service bar sticker on my car. It's a way of saying hello to others that were there. Thanks to the others that were there and kept me nd my radar gear safe from harm. And I let others know if someone was coming for distance of up to 8 miles. It was ground survelliance radar, experimental at the time.
Our VA in in the process of putting in a Vet Center. I have been on my Congressman to do this for the past 17 years. I believe it is 40 percent of all homeless are Veterans. THe Vet Centers help them find jobs and shelter snd get cleaned up. |

I agree. Very noble call.
We need to take care of our vets. They should not be left alone on the streets!!! On the contrary, they should be honored, valued and given any help they need and their families too. We owe them our freedom. We owe them for sacrificing so much for us. I am glad it's a good trigger for you, FerretGuy. We could all use some good triggers for a change! |
