I am a Borderline with 5 years of treatment. I keep getting knocked down by Life. I have lost the will to get up. I have had 3 job losses in the last year-the last one on last MOnday.

You sound like me. I'm a borderline and cannot hold a job. I started working on the net so I don't have to interact iwth people as much because I felt like everyone hated me in real life.

hi and welcome to pc!!! so sorry to hear about the job losses. you must feel frustrated. u didn't mention if you've discussed this job thing with you T. perhaps your T could help you with suggestions. i don't have "borderline" but in many ways it's all about how we deal with stuff along with our MI. my bipolar used to get in the way at work sometimes and my T helped me a lot in therapy with tools to cope.
so you titled this isolating, what are you doing to isolate? i do that too sometimes and maybe i can give you some suggestions if you elaborate.
hope things improve for you.

I have lost 61 jobs over elevyn years...I NEVER gave up...now I am substitute teaching and looks like I will soon be receiving my master's, and be (sigh..) A KINDERGARTEN TEACHER!!

There was one other place that did not fire me, a family run restaurant wher I waited tables...aww..

Don't you give up, either, 3 is miniscule compared to 61. And they awarded me "Poohbah" status here at PC. The rest of the ****ing world does not know ****....

I have experimented losing a few jobs over the yrs, even getting "sacked" from two of them! it has affected me, I felt worthless after that. I think I give up too early... June Rain I think u are very brave! I wish I had your courage. Now I will remember u when I feel bad about myself and not give up so easily! Rapps

Even though now I am unemployed at the moment!
