I found this and don't know in which forum to put it. Since almost everyone here would profit from some depression and anxiety tips, I thought this was the place to start.

I try to exercise at least 3 times a week. I usually lift free weights and do cardiovascular exercise, mostly the stationary bike. It helps serotonin levels and gives me more energy. I definitely recommend it.
