try again. sometimes I have to do it twice, or even 3 times. Sorry you're feeling stressed. Hope it gets better soon.

I'd like to find a big field with no houses around it so i can go and scream but this city is way too big to find that anywhere around here. this was my next best shot short of disturbing all the neighbours. sorry for the intrusion.

Not an intrusion at all. Sometimes I say screw the neighbors and just scream anyway. They probably all think I'm nuts but I really don't care.

Why not scream into a pillow? It muffled the sound quite well.

Feel better. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

To he\\ with the car or the empty field, just let loose and scream your guts out in your house or apartment. It'll keep the neighbors guessing.....tee hee

Glad the xanax is helping.

scream away Angelgirl!!

The bear thing is a great idea I think. A distraction of sorts. It's WAY cute.
